Clayer is an interdisciplinary artist with concentrations in glass work, painting, and mixed-media. She is drawn to bright colors as well as deep, earthy tones and uses this contrast throughout her artistic endeavors. With no particular subject matter in mind, ClayerĀ often usesĀ current fixations for her work as well as pulling ideas from thought-provoking past experiences and future endeavors. Much of her inspiration comes from her nostalgic infatuation with collecting sea glass and collage work. Currently residing in Atlanta, GA., she spends her spare time working on other passions including embroidery, American Sign Language, and mixed martial arts at her local gym.
